| MedWorld India does not control any Treating Hospital; neither does it control any facility or service provided by the Treating Hospital mentioned in the package. MedWorld India takes care in selecting the best hospital as well as the most reputed and experienced Doctors for referring our international patients, but MedWorld India can not be made liable / responsible for any delay, default, failure, improper services / deficiency in services provided by the Treating Hospital and/or for any injury, sickness, accident, discomfort, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which may arise due to any act of negligence, deficiency or default in services of the management or employees of the Treating Hospital. |

| The Treating Hospital shall be solely responsible for all medical treatment to be provided to the patient. MedWorld India shall not be responsible for any complication or death that may arise due to the medical procedure taken up by the patient nor will we be responsible if the estimated cost increases due to additional medication/investigations or unanticipated ICU care. |

| Any emergency, complication or medical requirement, of whatsoever nature, arising with regard to the patient’s treatment due to the patient’s present or past illness or the side effects / allergy to drugs or lack of adequate treatment, pre, during or post treatment will be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Hospital and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and MedWorld India shall not be responsible for the same. |

| The Treating Hospital shall be solely responsible for any extension / change of treatment plan or dates by it and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and MedWorld India shall not be responsible for the same. |

| The patient or his / her family members making the booking on behalf of the patient shall read carefully the terms and conditions mentioned herein before filling and signing the registration form. The signing of the registration form by the patient (and his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the patient) will be an acceptance in totality of the terms and conditions contained herein by the patient (and his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the patient). The registration form shall be binding on the patient (and his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the patient) and shall constitute a contract between MedWorld India and the patient (or his / her family / members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the patient). If the patient (or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the patient) has any complaint in respect to the services rendered by the Treating Hospital they should forward any such complaints directly to the Treating Hospital without any recourse to MedWorld India. However MedWorld India will try to assist the patient in every manner to address any such complaint with the Treating Hospital. |
